Restoration Job will also provide support groups for its ex-offenders and their extended family unit. Under the guidance of a volunteer facilitator and the skills of group leaders, interested persons would meet weekly in a mutually supported environment to share their frustrations and experiences with the prison system, and their own personal experiences as ex-offenders, as well as to set personal goals. They would then be held accountable by the group to make good on their decision to change their behavior and begin their “positive transition into a new life.”
